Tree trimming & pruning in St. Cloud, FL

Lighter, safer, and still your tree.

Pruning for clearance, health and storm season, so the tree keeps its shape and loses the risk.

Trimming & pruning

Clearance, health and storm prep.

Central Florida trees grow fast and heavy.

Live oaks throw long limbs over roofs and driveways. Laurel and water oaks shed dead wood.

Spanish moss and vines add weight that shows up in the first hard storm.

A good trim takes out what’s dead, crossing or hanging where it shouldn’t, and leaves the tree balanced.

We climb or work from equipment, make clean cuts in the right places and rope down anything over the house.

Good pruning never means topping. A topped tree pushes out weak, crowded regrowth that breaks easily.

Most calls are about limbs over the roof, a low canopy over the drive, or getting ready for storm season.

We’ll walk the yard with you and point out anything else worth doing while we’re there.

FAQ

Trimming & pruning questions.

Call (321) 443-3268
How often should oaks be trimmed?

Many mature yard oaks do well with a check and a trim every few years, sooner if limbs are over the house. We’ll tell you honestly if yours can wait.

Do you haul the branches away?

Yes. Every limb leaves with us, and the yard is raked before we go.

Will trimming hurt my tree?

Proper cuts in the right places don’t. What hurts trees is topping and stripping, which is why we prune to keep the natural shape.
